Records on your devices
Sessions, preferences, recovery snapshots, prescribed activities and medication entries are stored on your device. This release disables CloudKit synchronization and cloud session-presence publication. Local health-storage directories are configured to be excluded from app backups. Removing the app removes private local storage; shared storage can remain while another app in the group is installed.
Apple Health and consent
You choose which Health data the app may read and write, including available heart-rate, variability, activity, energy and workout samples. Clinical medication access has a separate consent flow. Guided sessions work without Health. Manage access and delete Health records in Apple Health. Revoking access does not delete existing local or exported copies. Apple controls Health storage and any Health synchronization you enable.
Optional playback and sharing
Apple Music processes authorization and playback requests under Apple’s privacy policy. When used, session features can relay information to your paired Watch, connected local display or SharePlay participants. Sharing a workout card creates a copy at your chosen destination. Recipients control their copies.
Retention and earlier builds
Local records remain until removed using an available deletion control or with the app. Health records and exported copies must be removed separately. Earlier development builds may have synchronized records to iCloud; this release does not delete them. Contact us for deletion help specific to your build.
Website and contact
GitHub Pages hosts these pages and processes requests under GitHub’s privacy statement. This section adds no analytics, advertising pixels or contact forms. The shared theme control and language selector store your preferences in this browser. Email is processed by your and our mail services; send only details needed for your request. Policy changes are dated above.
Movement first. Metrics optional.
Signal variation is influenced by movement, breathing and sampling. Experimental entropy indicators are not a diagnosis, proof of medication effects or measurements of molecular binding.
